Information: TAM Linhas A?reas is an airline based in S?o Paulo, Brazil. It is a major Brazilian airline operating scheduled services from S?o Paulo to major points within Brazil, as well as international flights to neighbouring countries and Chile, the United States, and France.
Reviews: I flew TAM on this domestic route (and on several others) and the service was OK. Apparently TAM uses the low-cost scheme for its domestic flights (single class layout: all coach). Seat space seemed a little tight for me, but still adecuate. (over 200 seats for this stretched version of the A320).

Service on board was good, flight attendants are nice and agreeable. The pilot and the crew greet you at the plane's door upon boarding. You're offered a milk candy when you take your seat, and a small sandwich and soft-drink / beer / juice during the 3 hour flight to Natal.

Baggage handling was adecuate and I had no problems with that. The airline even allows a little extra weight free of charge (around 2-3 kilos).

Over all, it's the kind of service you'd expect for this kind of flight and a little more. Conclusion : It's good value for the money, considering I bought a South American Pass to travel South America for a special price ( 700 USD for 6 segments / flights).
