The Qantas Club International at Sydney Airport is of a very decent standard. The Business Class lounge is excellent - and as already mentioned, the First Class only marginally better. There are many amenities provided although don't head to the Qantas Club if you are looking for a meal after a long flight. In the Business Class section, only 'nibbles' (small chocolate and carrot cake, small salads etc.) are provided, although there is a good selection of tea, coffee, and alcohol. In the morning, as at most Qantas Club lounges, there is a wide selection of breakfast cereal so if you've been on an overnighter flight, and arrived at 6:00am, the Qantas Lounge will provide a complementary breakfast for anyone with a Sapphire or Emerald Oneworld Membership, traveling in Business Class or First Class on any Oneworld flight or with a pass into the Qantas Club.
Overall, a very nice lounge at Sydney. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring, the decor and furniture is of a very good standard and it is in a very nice setting, with views across the airport tarmac. I make it a point of visiting the Qantas Club whenever I fly from or to Sydney Airport.
